Ruritan car show
The Waverly Ruritan Club is pleased to announce what we hope will be an annual car show.
DATE: Saturday, June 17, 2023
TIME: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Rain or Shine
LOCATION: Ruritan Ball Field 311 Bank Street Waverly, VA 23890
For those wishing to enter a car into the show, please see the attached flyer and registration form for more information. Registration forms can be printed and mailed with payment to Waverly Ruritan Club P. O. Box 93 Waverly, VA 23890. Completed registration forms can also be emailed to waverlyruritan@gmail.com. If you email your completed registration form, you will still need to mail your registration fee to Waverly Ruritan Club P. O. Box 93 Waverly, VA 23890.
We are accepting applications for vendors for our car show. If you would like to be a vendor, please see the attached application and guidelines. Vendors can be non food vendors only. If you wish to be a vendor, please fill out the application and mail to Waverly Ruritan Club P. O. Box 93 Waverly, VA 23890 before June 1, 2023.
For attendees of the show, there is free admission. Our concession stand will be open with food available for purchase and there are restrooms on the premises.
